Hello, I’m JJ Collins, a Field Agent for the Knights of Columbus serving members and their families in Western Ohio. For more than a decade, I’ve helped my Brother Knights protect what’s most important to them. 401k Rollovers

The Knights offer funeral pre-planning resources to help Knights and their spouses share their wishes for their Mass of Christian Burial. These plans assist spouses and family members by making these difficult decisions in advance.
Claims Assistance
When an Insurance Member has a qualifying claim or passes away, I can assist with filing for payment of benefits. I’ll help you navigate the filing process with Supreme to ensure that proper documentation is submitted.
